I’m Stevie!
I’m a personal trainer and strength coach of 6+ years, and I specialize in strength training for women and members of the LGBTQIA community.
WAYS TO WORK WITH ME
There are TWO ways to work with me, either via personal training sessions OR with online coaching–
personal training (in-person or on zoom)
This option is what you might think of as traditional personal training. We’ll get together on a regular basis, usually once a week, to go through a workout. These sessions can be for one or two people and are hosted at my private gym space in West Oakland. If you’re unable to join in person, we can also do personal training sessions online via Zoom.
online coaching
Currently there are TWO online coaching options:
UNSTOPPABLY STRONG returns in Spring 2025 💛
This 100% online program is 12 weeks long, and only runs 1-2x per year! It is my signature online offering and it was made for ABCD (anyone but cis dudes) who want to:
Learn how to strength train safely and smartly, either at home or at the gym
Have some or no experience with strength training
Want to work out 2-4x per week
Are excited to have a small community of like-minded folks to do this with!
1:1 ONLINE COACHING
This option is good for more experienced lifters who are seeking personalized programming, technique feedback, and ongoing support. If you’re looking for powerlifting or Olympic weightlifting coaching, this is the one. It is also suitable for beginners who missed the boat on Unstoppably Strong and would like to do a similar program, but individualized!
