I had a yoga practice for over a decade, but it wasn't until I started strength training with Stevie that the back pain from my desk job completely went away! Training with Stevie has given me bigger muscles and, more importantly, greater self-confidence.

Stevie tailors every workout to where I am and what my goals are. Even when I've had injuries, like a sprained ankle, Stevie's worked with me to keep me building muscles and healing my body.

Stevie is a great coach. The accountability and consistency of training with them keeps me energized throughout the week to meet my fitness goals. If I'm feeling lazy about yoga on Monday, I remind myself that I'll have a better workout with Stevie on Wednesday if I get that stretching and core strengthening in today.

Stevie's introduced me to all sorts of new exercises. Who knew that I would love Bulgarian split squats?!
